Arthur S. Mintz

Partner

Mr. Mintz has over 35 years of apparel production and sourcing experience in the US, Caribbean Basin, Central America, Eastern Europe and Asia. He was the founder and President of Bees & Jam, Inc., a specialized children’s sleepwear distributor that supplied CPSC required “safe sleepwear” to all major U.S. retailers. Mr. Mintz lead design and production teams and was responsible for creating specialized internal control systems for compliance testing, tracking and reporting.

Mr. Mintz has served as a Director of Cache, the NASDAQ listed ladies specialty retailer since 2002. He serves as Chairman of the Compensation Committee and is a member of the Audit Committee.

Mr. Mintz received his BBA from the George Washington University.
